What to wear to Korea in mid March?

I will be leaving for korea for a week on Mar 16, so I want to know roughly what clothes should i bring??? I will be going to jeju, seoul, mt sorak...

I am planning to bring lots of leggings and tights and long shirts, dresses with jackets... is it ok?

Roughly how much should I bring if I just want to buy accessories and stuff?

I expect it will be from 6~16 Celcious degree while your staying, so I don't think you need to bring heady clothes to keep you warm.

So silmply prepare thin clothes for spring wind.
Also bring your mask for sand dust wind from Mongolia.
