Boston transportation to Tufts

What is the easiest way to get to Tufts Hospital and then return to Amtrak Station.is there a shuttle? I will be having my eyes dialated-so harder for return trip.

Tufts Medical Center off Kneeland St is within walking distance of South Station, where Amtrak is. It's about a 5 min walk, very close. Not sure if there is a shuttle but if you really have problems, you can take a taxi as there are many on Kneeland St...however you'll probably get a dirty look since it's like a 1 min trip, maybe not even.
