How easy is it as a backpacker to be able to turn up in Kampala and arrange a tour to Bwindi? Or even Rwanda? Assuming I can arrange an permit before hand that is. Thanks.. |

Yes, I think it can be possible if you purchase your permit from the Uganda Wild Life Authority,i would personally get you details of how possible this can be because i will be in Uganda by 7th March, and if you can, send me a mail(Deliz@vtmail.com) and i will be glad to help! But i am very optimistic you can arrange everything as long as you get to know the right channels.Or if you can't wait, i hace got a persomal Friend in the Tour business at www.naturelinksafaris.co.ug
