I assume you are already in, resident in Bucharest or nearby?
There are large shopping areas in the centre of Bucharest including very modern western style malls and shops of every description - with well known international brand names..
I am sorry I cannot give you a specific address - I was only there as a tourist - but the shopping facilities seemed little different to those I am used to in the UK so I don't think you should have a problem finding a microwave.
