Palestine Trip to West bank
Posted: Tue February 24, 2009 11:46 AM UTC
Hello people,

Just got a quick question. I am british citizen and planning to travel to Israel probably in few months time. I found out that British citizens do not require visa to Israel. So basically I just want to ask do you need your passport to be stamped at the airport in Tel Aviv if you want to go the west bank or a stamp on a spearate piece of paper would do as well? I am quite confused about this procedure, if someone could help.

Thank you in advance!

Do what you want to do when you land at Ben Gurion airport. It makes no difference concerning the West Bank. You need your passport to go to the WB, but only for identification purposes - no visas, stamps or anything else when entering the WB.

It does not matter whether you have the stamp in the passport or in a separate piece of paper.
