hi VT fellows

I & my husband will be visiting Seoul from 25-29 March. Can you help us with suggestions:

1. How is the weather at that time, still very cold (which will decide how much clothes we have to pack)

2. We only intend to spend time sight - seeing in Seoul (no subburb tour), so what would be most interesting to see.

3. Shopping: we heard of some major shopping areas, but need a little more experiences from you ( esp in the markets).

4. We are thinking of spend some time to go to the Yeoju Premium Outlet. Is it really less expensive and worth the time travelling there ( I guess it's about 1.5hr by bus there).

You have enough time to do a day tour to the DMZ (north/south korean border) which was one of the most memorable things I did when in Seoul a few years ago. Sorry, not much help with the rest of the questions.
