I am seeking a reliable tour operator for my 10 days in Vietnam. I am budget traveler. Package tours are okay but I am fine with a more relaxed schedule.

Don't worry on getting travel agents in Hanoi. Lotsa them in old quarters. Just walk around that area & find the one you like & cheap. Prices to Halong Bay can be as low as US$20/pax, Hanoi 1/2 day ~US$14/pax, Tam Coc ~US$17 & Perfume Pagoda ~US$17

Also keep in mind that Vietnam is an extremely easy country to travel around independantly, using trains and open-buses (and even maybe the occasional flight).

For excellent budget travel try Sinh Cafe. In Hanoi try Tonkin Travel.

know worry, if you are looking for average pack age tour you can go to Sinh cafe Travel No 82 Ma May str or Hailong travel No 48 Bat Su str in Hanoi they cann make budget for you. the luxury tour Bai tu long travel No 54 Nguyen Huu Huan str Have a nice time!
