Does the station that the Eurostar train arrives at have a left-luggage facility?

Paris Gare du Nord, yes it will have luggage keeping facilities
you can leave and pickup luggage from 7h30 to 22h00 everyday
you have automatic machines to do so from 6h15 to 23h15 everyday.

Last time I was at Lille there were no left luggage facilities but we heard there were plans to have them in place "by the end of 2008".

ahh good ranger49 answered because i thought you meant arrive in Paris. For Lille, yes they do now Lille Euralille and a great shopping center next to it ;;)

including holidays.
