just hoping someone can help me here. Has anyone stayed in this hotel? I really need to know if the resort is actually on the beach and if it opens out to the beach. Do they have sun lounges?

We normally stay at another hotel in samui but this one is well priced so was thinking of trying something new

any help is appreciated!

We stayed there a couple of years ago, yes it does open out onto the beach and there is sun lounges available at the pool area, but you had better be early to get one.
There are also lounges for hire on the beach directly in front of the resort with a massage if you so wish. We didn't think much of the hotel itself with garbage littered around our unit and the facilities in the room mediocre for the price we paid, not complaining mind you just wouldn't go there again.

My girlfriend and I stayed at The Sundays Sanctuary Resort & Spa Koh Samui for the x-mas holidays and it turned out to be a great resort. The hotel is situated in Bohput and is close to the fishermen's town (the nicest part of the island).

The staff is very friendly and the resort was very relaxing when we were there. If you like Thai food, then definitely try out the dishes at the hotel. We tried out different places to eat on the island and found that the best meals were actually at the hotel (especially when you consider the prices). The breakfast is quite simple however.

Also, there is free internet facility at the hotel and it's certainly worth trying out the spa (although it's not cheap).

In short we loved our stay at Sundays and we highly recommend it.
