Zanzibar Island transportation from zanzibar til mombasa by sea?

Hello!

I am a Norwegian who plan to travel fram Zanzibar on April 14-16th fram Zanzibar. I would prefer to go by boat. What is the best way, Please?

I will try to dig into finding out prices, how often it leaves etc. I suppose you may take a bus from Tanga to Mombasa?
