Hi all,
I will arrive end of April in SP. I have around 5 days for myself and want to go to a nice beach close to SP with good night life for a single. Thanks for your proposals. |

Two of the trendy beach destinations between Rio and Sao Paulo are Ilha Grande and Paraty. Ubatuba and Ilha Bela are a bit closer to S.P. and also popular.

You're mentioning Guarujá, very close to Santos.
If you get a room at Casa Grande Hotel&Spa (Av Miguel Stefano; Praia da Enseada) you will be near stir and bustler all day long. Pitangueiras, Enseada and Pernambuco are the spots. Nighlife is at Praia da Enseada and at night club Lotus near Casa Grande, as well at Rua Rio de Janeiro (Pitangueiras) and Trevo do Santa Rosa during week-ends. Young people go to Guarujá at week-ends. Cassiovieggore

Very close to São Paulo there is Guarujá, but the north cost would be much nicer. I would recomend Maresias or Paraty.cheers
