Casablanca baggage hold in Casa voyeurs or casa port train station?
Posted: Thu February 12, 2009 02:07 PM UTC
Hi!

I'm planning on taking a short visit in Casablanca to visit the Hassan II
Mosque.

I will be coming from Marrakesh and then will be on my way to Rabat.

Do you know if there is a place I can leave my luggage in the Casa Voyeurs or
Casa Port train station? Someplace like a baggage holding area?

I hope someone can help me out! thanks!

I'm not used to the services out; while travelling! Casa Blanca is not the best place where you can do that, otherwise your things will be stolen!! i flu once to Casablanca; then had problems with my disappeared Bags; the city is known by it's aggressive people; since then i stop flying to CasaBlanca; neither using it's trains .
after all; that's my personal experience .

Sorry dont know if there is baggage storage - when I was passing through by train there was a waiting time at Casa but I didnt check it out - you might hopefully hear from someone else who knows - but as for Travel-writer's reply - this may have been his experiences but ive flown out of Casablanca, trained into and out of , stayed there with friends from London who were there to visit their families, and stayed there numerous times with my own Moroccan connections and couldnt say that ive experienced any issues to say that the people of Casa are aggressive or any more particular problemate than anywhere else!

the Hassan mosque is certainly worth visiting in my opinion!have to find my photos and once and for all get a scanner and get my recommendation tips in for Casa and its mosque!all the best.
