Cape Town Best Surf & Turf Restaurant in Cape Town

Can someone please recommend a great place to go have a Surf&Turf dinner? Preferably somewhere that is easy to access from the city, e.g. the V&A Waterfront? Other suggestions welcome too though.
Price doesn't matter!

I am travelling with my boyfriend to Cape Town for the 2009 Lions Rugby Tour in June and the one thing he has requested is a yummy saffer surf&turf! :-)

There is a seafood restaurant at the V&A called Cape town fish market(CTFM). You can have a look at the menu www.ctfm.co.za.
