Which has the best food?

Keen's, Wolfgangs, or Ben & Jacks?

Never been to the other two. I like Keen's and have been there many times -- Prefer it over Spark's, Palm, Luger, Gallaghers, Morton's.

I like the decor, service and atmosphere, and the steak's are great. At these high end places for the most part the meat is going to be excellent.

aaaahh, the kind of question which could lead to World War III. Yes, indeed. I think Luger's is still the gold standard against which all others are compared. ( Requires cash, a little inconvenient to get to in Brooklyn ).
In Manhattan we like best BLT Steak on 57th Street because the steaks are superb, the side dishes are fabulous especially the onion ring tower, and the clientele is true New York. We took there a VT member from Australia who swore it was the best steak he had ever eaten, bar none.
We have heard great things about Keen's. Wolfgangs is by a group of ex-Luger employees. Mixed reviews on Ben and Jack.

One thing that I like about Keane's is its large selection of single malt scotches.

None of those. If you really want the best steaks (in the country) you must go to Peter Lugers in Brooklyn. It is very easy to get there by the subway or bus #39 which you can get on Allen & Delancy Street. The bus goes across the Williamsburg bridge letting you off 1 block away from the restaurant.

Don't spend money on those steakhouses that try to copy Peter Lugers and don't make the grade.
