If you are talking about Americal Israel Travel I do not know of them but have found an interesting thread on Tripadvisor -

The main thrust is positive bot one recent user wared about having to buy expensive lunches every day, and was disapointed that two separate legs of the tour they did were amalgamated in to one larger group for the second leg.
You need to scroll right down to the bottom of the second page .
