hi ..... good evening ......

i am enjoying my time in bucharest between university and fun .....

i would likto travel to HUNGARY and to SZEGED exactly for sometime and my question what is the best and the shortest way to go ...

i know there is a train goes to budapest but it would be long way if i go by train as the train goes directly -as i know- to budapest then i need to go back to szeged (because szeged in closer to romania ..just around half an hour from the romanian-hungarian borders)

so what is the best-shortest wa to go train or bus or ......

i heard that i can take the train from bucharest to arad .. then i can tke a taxi or a bus from arad to szeged ...... is that true and possible ??

please inrich my knowledge about that .....

You don't need to go to Budapest, change trains at Bekescsaba.

as the felow said you dont have to go till budapest you jast
jamp off at "Bekescsaba" .
any way the rute till Bekescsaba is long way you have to know!
the best and chip solution is to use a night train you save time as
you sleep at the train.
for make it low price buy return tickets:

1. BUCHAREST-ARAD you can see on www.infofer.ro
2. ARAD-SZEGED [19 euro]

you cant reserve the ticket on line as I know , you can jast buy
it at bucharest at one of the CFR office [the romanian railway office]
or in the office in gara de nord train station.

if you buy return tickets from bucharest till szeged it will cost you 58.37 euro for second class seat.
