where to buy lemongrass

anybody know where i can buy lemongrass in union square or chinatown?
is it seasonal? can you buy it only during the summer?

it's now common to find lemongrass anywhere in Manhattan especially at Asian groceries. tho they're truly abundant in vegetable stands all over chinatown. go down to Mott street towards the direction of Little Italy.

sometimes you'd find it at the union square saturday market but mostly around warmer months.
