I would like to go to n.y.c. in the spring-early summer, but would like it to coincide with the spring or summer sales. when exactly do the sales start? is it june? when in june?

In NYC..especially recently w/ the economy..plenty of sales..if you are looking for sample sales..check topbutton.com adn there are a few others too..no real season of sales except when they are trying to move prior season items.
