It's rather a long way.......around 172km and about 2 hours driving, according to www.vismichelin.com A taxi will cost you rather a lot, I think (assuming you can find a driver to take you).
A private minibus tranfer costs 299+ euro with this firm:
http://www.toursud.com/indiv/index.php/Transferts-villes.html
or 305 euro with this one:
http://www.ophorus.com/33_toulouse-transfers.html
Would it not be better to take the train? Journey time is around 2 hours.
There are several trains, including direct ones. One-way fare is around 24 euro.

Assuming that you are travelling from Paris to Lourdes, the TGV will take you directly there with no changes on the way. If you are not going from Paris, then you can still go very easily by train, several times every day.

Can't give you exact distances (although no doubt www.viamichelin.com will if you really, really want to know) but this page details all transport info from the airport:
http://english.toulouse.aeroport.fr/us/pageEdito.asp,UIDcNode,78FC748B,UIDcRoot,812C44C3,IDPAGE,598.rwi.html
The airport bus takes 20 minutes (and stops at the station), lookas as if it's around 12/15km from the airport website map.
