You can go in bus from La Paz to Puno (approximately $10,00 dollars) in 6 hours more or less and then to take a flight from Juliaca to Lima ( $90 to $100 dollars depending to the air line) in 2 hours. This would be cheaper than flying from La Paz to Lima. A bus from La Paz to Lima would take about 24 hours. I believe the company Ormeño is a good option.
