Seoul explore and making new friends

24 Jan 09. I've just got here to seoul to explore but with having hard time speaking korean it seems impossible to make friends around here.I really love it here and I hope to host an event soon.
Where should I go to socialize in seoul.

From your looks and age, might I suggest you so over to Hongdae or Shinchon area? Are you a "kyopo" (foreign born/living Korean)? If your Korean is bad, unfortunately you are going to have a hard time...especially if you are a kyopo. However, there are lot's of people over in the areas I suggested that are your age to socialize with and you just may find a few English speakers.

first of all thank you for the reply and no i am not a gyopo.
i was born and raised in saipan(us territory)
and wanted to learn more about korean lifestyle.
