Key West Pubs in Key West

Looking for a place with a good draft beer, not too noisy and with good pub grub at a reasonable price - too much to ask? Maybe but would appreciate any recommendations.

Finnegans Wake at Grinnell and James street next to the big parking garage. Great food and large selection of beers as you would expect of an Irish pub.

Anything on Duval (i.e. Sloppy's, Irish Kevins, Rick's, etc) is going to be noisy with dumb drunk tourists. I recommend the Bottle Cap Lounge on Simonton street. They have bands and djs, but it's not so loud that you can't hear the person next to you. And they have couches! I thought it was cool anyway.
