How long does it take for a book to get to Antigua from the US?

I would like to order some books online from Amazon.com and have them shipped to Antigua.

Does anyone know how long the books should take to arrive from the United States?

Sorry but this isn't a travel question. Why don't you ask Amazon, or else someone else living in Guatemala, e.g. via expatexchange, expatriates or Guatemala. Chat, discuss, Dating & meet friends.

Travelers who are even a litle intelligent read, so this IS logically a travel question, except for the less illiterate or more easily bored among us. I could be wrong, but I believe that incoming books along with other items all get taxed. This could delay delivery as well.

It could take quite a while for import taxes to be assessed and paid to get the books released. If you REALLY want to send books to Guatemala, I suggest sending them with someone who is going there and would be also paying to check in luggage anyway.
