Firstly, I would like to give you a brief introduction about Xianyang Museum. The Museum focuses its exhibition on the historical relics of the Qin and the Han dynasties with nine exhibition halls and a stele corridor. Among the rich cultural relics, the 3,000 Painted Terra - Cotta Soldiers and Horses of the Western Han Dynasty (206 B.C. - 25 A.D.) are the most famous.
Secondly, I learnt that you plan to spend 4 days or plus another half day in Xi'an, since you said you will be ariving in Xi'an in the afternoon of the 1st day, and leaving in the evening of the 5th day. So, you may choose one 4-days-itinerary:
1st day
Shaanxi Provincial History Museum; Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show; Xi'an City Wall
2nd day
Big Wild Goose Pagoda; Forest of Stone Steles Museum; Terracotta Warriors and Horses;
3rd day
Han Yang Ling Museum; Qianling Tomb; Tomb of Princess Yongtai;
4th day
Great Mosque
Hope you have a nice tour!
Cheers!

I think Qianling is part of the Western Route, am I right? If so, that's usually combined with Zhaoling and Famen Temple for a full day, vehicle hire. For Famen Temple, the "treasures museum" was more interesting for us than the main temple itself.
Sorry, not sure about Xianyang Museum.
I presume you'll be staying in central Xi'an, by the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter?
Day 1: arrive afternoon, check-in hotel, Muslim Quarter, dumpling feast dinner
Day 2: Terracotta Warriors, bike riding on city walls, Tang Dynasty performance and dinner
Day 3: Western Route
Day 4: Shaanxi Provincial Museum, Big Goose Pagoda, musical fountain (outside Big Goose Pagoda)
Day 5: Grand Mosque, Bell & Drum Towers, Hanyangling (enroute to airport, best if you arrange for vehicle hire here), off to airport

When are you staying, and what price range are you looking for?
I might be able to hook you up with a guide. VTMail me if necessary.
