Tibet Cheap Travel from Nepal to Tibet

Hi,

I'm looking for a low-cost tour group to join up with coming from Kathmandu and going to Tibet. I'm looking to spend a little while in Tibet, but then catch the train to Beijing. Does any one have any recommendations? Really I'm looking for something inexpensive, no frills, but safe and reliable

Travel from Kathmandu to Tibet then China is not possible but possible from from China-Tibet-Kathmandu. Heard there is some restriction in the permit. I also suggest to travel to Tibet thru Qinghai-Tibet train. If you like to shorten the trip, can consider take train from Xining to Lhasa. Last year, Sept, I have my Tibet trip with 2 of my best friends by Tibet train from Xining to Lhasa. We wrote to TibetFIT at their gmail account tibetfit.service@gmail.com, which is highly recommend by my friends to arrange the train ticket, Tibet permits and Everest Base Camp tour for us. They are friendly guy.
