Going to Bolzano for a conference next March, I would like to have suggestions from people living here or that have already stayed in Bolzano about nice places to eat. In the center, as me and my colleagues will be finishing the conference at Viale Druso and would not like to go outside the city to eat.

If you want to try something traditional, I would suggest the charming winestube Voegele, very close to Piazza Walter and city center:

Hy, another good one is "Ristorante Cavallino Bianco" in via Bottai, 20 minutes walk from Viale Druso, with typical South Tyrolean dishes.
