Is it possible to get a taxi from bucharest to Ruse and how much aproximately should it cost?

I dont think you need to take a taxi from bucharest to ruse!
you have several daily mini buss that make this rute and it's not
expensiv around 10 euro one way, it's take 1.45 hours.

taxi tarif in bucharest are 1.7-2 lei depend the company you can see

from bucharest city to ruse it's 83 k"m so you pay 1.7-2 * 83 k"m
it's 141-166 lei, but because it's intercity ride you
pay duble because the dricer will back emty so the price
is 282-332 lei in euro 70-82 euro.
this is not the end this ride pass international border so
you have to know if the taxi driver have to pay or not
and if he will charge from you to pay the border passing.
