I am going to work in the KFSH&RC likely by the end of this month. I have a lot and a variety of short sleeved T-shirts and shirts, but very less long-sleeved shirts or pullovers. Should I throw away most of the short sleeves and buy some long-sleeves? I suppose in the hospital and in shopping mall I should wear long-sleeves, but how about in the compound after work like in the hot summer?

Short or Long Sleeves not a problem

On the compound almost anything goes.
Outside normal short-sleeved shirts are fine, avoid shirts with no sleeves at all.
When going to malls, take long sleeved shirts and a sweater - you will freeze to death if you don't !

yeah i agree,short or long for men are fine,,depends on the weather.
