Johannesburg the best optin for hotel

Dear friends
My family and I (consisted of 2 adults and two teenagers) are going to stay in JB for 3 nights on March and I wonder which hotel is the best option for us:
1- mercure jb hotels such as :(midrand- Bedford view- randburg)
2- protea hotels such as wanderers- parktonian- gold reaf city..?

wanderes is a great hotel!! i have stayed there- central and very comfortable

I recommend Protea Wanderers. It is located near the Sandton City shopping Mall, easy access anywhere. I do not recommend Midrand or Randburg.
