Key West What to pack?

My husband and I are going to Key West in May, 2009. Are most of the restaurants very casual? We would like to do carry-on bags. Are there any laundries in Key West??

Let's just say shorts and a polo shirt can be considered formal if worn with tennis shoes.

Yeah previous advise is pretty normal. casual and laidback island style. Laundries yes of course, even stand alone from hotels.They can even do it for you, key west launderettes is one i recall.

Don't forget the sweat factor. I always go through twice as many clothes when I'm in Florida because I have to change at least once, sometimes twice a day.

Yes many laundries. But remember, you WILL BE HOT, HOT, HOT, so dress accordingly. Thre are dress codes however; I think you must wear a belt with shorts, no ropes please.
