Honolulu Wheelchair transportation

My friend is meeting me in Oahu and we need to get him from the airport to Kailua.. he is in a wheelchair and can not transfer out to travel... are there any wheelchair accesible taxi's or vans running from the airport to Kailua??

There is The Handi Van which is run by the city ..just like The Bus ......same group.. I believe you just need to schedule 24 hours in advance ..
