How is the weather in January at Honolulu and surroundings?

Is the sea water warm enough to swim and snorkel?

I was there at the beginning of December and it was quite warm every day, around 25 C. The water was fine for snorkeling and swimming. I can't imagine it being too much different in January.

You will find it a bit rainy during January but temperatures will be in the upper 70s and yes, the waters will be warm.
