Hotel in Mexico City

After searching for hotels, I found several cheap ones on
Hotel Fontan for $30 ( I am kind of leaning towards this one)
Corinto hotel for $35
I was told That Paseo del Reforma (ZOna Roza) is a good place to stay.
Any one stayed in these hotels before?

Greetings.
I like to stay in the old city center, "El Centro Historico". In either the Hotel Isabel(around $20 usd) or, "Hotel Catedral" (around $40)
The Hotel Isabel is old and funky but clean w/some huge rooms and sort of a hostel atmosphere with lots of young Intl travelers. The hotel Catedral is more modern, more like hotels americans may be used to. Both of these hotels have websites and are a fairly cheap taxi or,(real cheap) bus or subway ("Metro") ride from the Zona Rosa.
