I just used Hahn airport and 15 minutes is optimistic even for this small aiport in the middle of nowhere. Mind you, do pack a warm jacket, the airport is located on a windswept hill ridge some 500 metres high, and you will have to walk from the plane to the airport building. When temperatures fall below freezing, the runway often needs to be de-iced which causes delays. The transfer buses are coordinated with the planes and so might wait for the passengers, but there are more Ryanair arrivals, so it might be worth inquring with the bus company whether the bus mentioned above by abalada will wait. Be sure too, to buy some travel snacks and drinks at the airport -- the evening of the 24th is the main christmas celebration time in Germany and most services will be closed. Even bigger railway stations will only have emergency services operating.
