When is the best itme to visit Mocambique, weatherwise? We don't want the heavy rains etc.

I went in the middle of November. Hot, but bearble and no appreciable rain (nothing to hold up the journey or enjoyment). Having said that statistically July and August have the least rain.

They are too far south to get monsoons like Sri Lanka and rainy seasons like East Africa in the areas you probably want to explore.
