Temples closed? Weather?

Hey guys,
I'm arriving in Siem Reap on 17th Dec. I heard that some part of the temples are closed. How true is this news?
And how is the weather now in Siem Reap?

i was there last week and the only thing that was closed was the third level on ankor wat and that will stay closed for a while as they are upgrading the security there after a few accidents where tourists fell down.
it's not a big deal though and you can still see the most important parts of the place.

as for the other temples in the area, some sections are indeed closed because there are restoration activities going on. but there are still a lot to see there.
