Punta Cana Punta Cana 25th anniverary advice

We are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary 12-13-08 to 12/20 staying at the Riu Palace Punta Cana. It appears that you have had many different experiences while visiting Punta Cana. I would like to make our time together as special as possible to help ensure we come home with the intention of contiuing on to our 26th anniversary. : ) Any advice you could provide on dining, what to do, what to avoid, and some romantic outings would be greatly appreciated. My Wife and I were ther for our twenty fifth, we have gone back every year since! You will have a great time. We have stayed at the RIU Tiano each time, they have always treated us very well! Must do's....the Outback Safari is a blast....we will be going for the third time in January, it is always a great day!! Have a great time, I know you will!!!
