does anybody know of a famous local semi outdoor market/resturant in cusco

i saw it on anthony bourdain's no reservations but he never gave the name of the place on the show.it was under a large tent like structure where locals sell vegtables and local meats. you can also sit down and have a cheap meal.anybody know?thanks

I do not know this programme - but it is most likely the Mercado Central. The location is: Calle Cascaparo s/n, Mercado del Cusco, not far from the Plaza de Armas.
