I am visiting Baku for 7 days in early May. Would it be cheaper renting an apartment or staying in the hostel or a hotel ? Any tips ?

Hi, I am from Azerbaijan and I think it is better to stay in Hotel, because for renting apartment you will spend a lot of time and money as well. There are a lot of good hotels in the center such as Park Inn, Radisson Sas (in Isr Plaza) , but they are a bit expensive. There is hotel called "Cenub" hotel, what means South Hotel, which is not expensive and is situated right in the center.

Hello, do you know the price by any chance of the cenub hotel? We are coming to visit Azerbaidjan this summer and we want to know what are the prices for food and accomodation, in the city and outside Baku. Thanks a lot!

ACCOMMODATION in Baku- from different forums tips, i have found that there are too expensive hotels in Baku, such as Radisson SAS, Europe, Hyatt etc. But there are also several small motels...or rent daily apartment in Baku, close to Fountain Square. See links:
