we are a young group of girls from various parts of the world living in Toulouse, as we are staying here for new years eve, i was hopeing for a few suggestions, what the traditional thing to do for students is and where to go. we dont want to just do what we do every weekend. thank you in advanced

I just checked and unfortunately there are no VT members shown as living in Toulouse - who might have been able to give you the local gen!

Perhaps you need to ask around - What about your fellow students? Your Teachers? Landloed/Lady? Local shops? Any notices on the College Notice Boards or announcements of special events in local papers?

go to the place du Capitole ,center of town, gathering is there to wait for new year; i travel there often. Plenty of restos all around it. Another hangouts is place Wilson and place Victor Hugo. All are withing walking distance. Have fun!
