need help identifying these cigar/cigarettes given to us in punta cana

they were given to us from a local in Punta Cana last year, there were 5 in the wooden box, they were just about the size of a cigarette with brown paper like a cigar, they had a colorful band/label . whats the name of them?? where can i get them??? heres a picture......

I think these were hand made, maybe in a local smaill factory is very common, at least what I see on your picture, pretty sure they are not in the market
