Kuwait Needing to bring my husband over
Posted: Mon November 10, 2008 03:04 PM UTC
Dear friends

I am staying in kuwait at the moment. I am still waiting for my residency to be processed. I would like to bring my husband over ASAP before christmas and our anniversary. Is there a way he can come over on a visiters visa without me sponsoring him. Or should I wait to sponsor him. What is the process we have to go through and what documents do I need? I am from South Africa. Does anyone know of a position available for a technician with ten years experience????

Please help

hi,
If I remember correctly it was my mothers school that sponsered me, rather than my mom. Maybe your job could sponser him. The other way to get a sponsor is for him to book at one of the hotels and they will send the letter. Not too sure what the process is when you cancel your booking. There is quite an active South African society in Kuwait. Contact the embassy and they should be able to assist. Once you start to meet people and network things will become easier.
Regards
Kim
