Hello,

Cheapest and fastest option would be hitch hiking, but unless you're a hot woman people are unlike to stop.

Train is your best option. For a door-to-door advice, see http://www.9292ov.nl/ or call 0900-9292 when you are in Holland (70 cent per minute!). The website is in Dutch, but you will find a guide how to use it here: http://members.virtualtourist.com/m/tp/1aa687/
