shop worker - $200 - 400 secretary - $300 - 600 The mininum price for renting 1-room flat in Moscow is $250

does any knows if it easy to rent a flat in Novosibirsk and where we can get the adresses ? In newspapers ? What the average in the center or near the center ? It will be very helpfull if you can help .
