Can anyone please tell me where the VAC office is in Izmir. Vali Kazim Dirik Cad, Gayret Han, Pasaport.

Pasaport is at the hearth of Izmir. If you go from the famous clock tower along the quai you will be in 10 minutes at Pasaport. Pasaport means passport. At old times foreign ships anchored at that part of izmir. For that reason they called the place pasaport. "Gayret Han" is a huge building for many offices.
You must ask the by passers:

"Gayret Han neresi?. Lutfen bana yardimci olunuz?"
(Where is Gayret Han? Please help me"
