Krabi Full Moon party on Phi Phi Island

A bunch of us are planning to go pp on full moon on Dec 12. Our trip happens same time. So could we know for a fact anyone is able to provide an idea how great the full moon party. I do know Phangan near Koh Samui is the famous spot for full moon party but then we have our chances with Krabi only this time. So anyone knows anything abt this. please speak up. :) Thank you!

Sorry... this would be a better link. I haven't been there but will be soon in Nov. So, was doing some research, came across this.

It's apparently not like Koh Phangan.... less wild, less promiscous, less high....

Thanks Loh. I had came across the same external links. I guess it would be alittle quieter ones. I would love to try Koh Phangan but the flight from KL to Koh Samui are expensive through fireflyz airline on dec 12. Cant see any other airline going there from KL.

Be cautious at such parties..... Money, wallet, passport, THE LAW.

Anyway, fireflyz may be a bit more expensive but convenient, straight to Koh Samui. For slightly budget option, get on an overnight bus to Hatyai and upon which bus to Koh Samui, which connects through a ferry.
