Hi,

Are the prices on cameras lower than in continental Europe?
Does anyone know of a reputable Nikon retailer in Teneriff,
perhaps even their internet address?

I can't comment on comparative prices and I am sure there may be some good deals promoted there.
I thought you might like to have a look at these threads about camera buying in the Canaries. I remembered them well because I knew someone who had a similar bad experience there.

Are you going to live in Spain? I ask, because (parts of) the menu may be in Spanish and the plug or even the battery may not be suitable for Sweden.

I think I will stick to "honest" scandinavians and buy
the gear at home instead.
