dear friendi am planning to visit belarus with few off my friends and i lkie to know is there any restriction for pakistan and afghanistan nationalitys visit to belarus thats all and thank you.

A visa perhaps? Did you check?

As far as I know, there are two problems:

1) You would need to cross to BY from Schengen area where even airport transit visas are difficult to get.

or

2) You would need to cross from either Ukraine or Russia, but either visa is said to be extremely difficult to get into Pak/Afg passport, probably even more than Schengen.

Having both (Schengen + Russian or Schengen + Ukrainian) visas you will make BY visa trivial, I would start from that because there is no direct flight from Pakistan or Afghanistan, you will need to fly to Moscow, Kiev, Warszawa, Frankfurt or Helsinki first and even stay in the airport transit area is a problem in your case.
