im going to spain in december and would like to visit salou can anybody tell me if it will be open

Restaurants, bars and stores will be open. But they will be extremely quiet compared to August and September. The locals from Salou, Cambrils and Tarragona will still go to the area mostly on the weekends.

Potraventura is open at weekends - Christmas special starts 29th/30th November and runs 6-8, 13, 14 and 21 to 31st December. Salou will be very quiet though.
