Try InterRegio local interregional trains. 2h30m, direct trains.

Hi
by car you can take the higway in Ancona, than leave it in Rimini sud exit and follow the directions to San Marino(about 15 minuts from there). By train, you can take a train from Ancona to Rimini(check www.trenitalia.com for timetable) and from Rimini station you take a bus to San Marino. Corra
